Oxford-University Stadium / Swayze Field Policies


BASICS

• Game Day Box Office and Doors opens 2 hours prior to first pitch for Weekend Games and 1 hour prior to first pitch for weekday games.
All tickets and parking passes will be mobile or print at home, while concessions, Rebel Shop and other points of sale will shift to cashless transactions.
• Fans are required to wear a face covering upon entry into the facility, while in transit around the concourse and may only remove them when at their seat.
• Smoking is prohibited on the campus of The University of Mississippi including in and around O-U Stadium/Swayze Field.
• The security station is located at the main entrance just inside of gate 5.
• The First Aid station is located on the third base concourse next to the concession stand behind section 30.
• Abusive language is prohibited.
• Throwing of objects onto the field is prohibited.
• Entering of team areas and the playing field is prohibited.
• Lost and found articles should be turned into ushers and/or security personnel. Items may be claimed by visiting the security station located at the main entrance just inside of gate 5, or after the game by contacting the University Police Department.
• The Ole Miss Radio Network call of the game may be heard inside O-U Stadium/Swayze Field and throughout the Oxford area on WQLJ 93.7 FM.
• A ticket/parking pass may not be used for advertising, promotions, or other trade or commercial purposes without the express written consent of IMG College/Ole Miss Athletics.
• State law prohibits scalping tickets to collegiate athletics events (MS Code Ann. 97-23-97).

NEW PROTOCOLS & FACILITY CHANGES

Congregating will be prohibited.
• Elevators and restrooms will have limited capacity that will be posted outside each entrance.
All areas that require lines will have social distance markers.
Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the facility.
Common water sources have been eliminated, therefore fans will be allowed to bring in one sealed water bottle that does not exceed 20oz.
There will be no post-game interaction with teams. (meet and greet, autographs, etc.)

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

All tickets and parking passes will be mobile or print at home, while concessions, Rebel Shop and other points of sale will shift to cashless transactions.
• Fans are required to wear a face covering upon entry into the facility, while in transit around the concourse and may only remove them when at their seat.
• Guests should not enter the stadium if they display any COVID-19 symptoms as outlined by the CDC.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the venue.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

Ole Miss Athletics and the Southeastern Conference (SEC) has a clear bag policy regulating the size and type of bag that may be carried into all arenas.

The following bags are permitted:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand).
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the southwest entrance of The Pavilion.
  • A logo no larger than 4.5” x 3.4” may be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Bags that do not meet the SEC Clear Bag Policy
• Alcohol
• Weapons
• Outside food, beverages, coolers or containers
• Folding chairs, chairback seats with armrests and chairback seats larger than 16”
• Poles, sticks, umbrellas and broom sticks (except on game 3 when a 3-game home team sweep is possible)
• Unauthorized banners and signs larger than 8 1/2” x 11”
• Artificial noisemakers (air horns, cowbells, whistles, etc.)
• Video cameras and drones
• Full face coverings
• Non-service animals
• Strollers and children’s seats
• Ole Miss Athletics reserves the right to prohibit any item deemed dangerous or inhibiting the overall fan experience.
• Tents with Corporate Logos

GRANDSTAND PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Outside food & drink containers
• Coolers
• Folding chairs

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT:

• Congregating will be prohibited.

LEFT FIELD POLICIES

Left field will return to General Admission seating for all games.
• Left field ticket holders may bring in 2 chairs per person on game day.
• Tent and BBQ spaces in left field are sold out for the 2021 season.
• Coolers will be permitted for beverages and prepackaged foods.
Couches, futons and similar types of furniture are prohibited.
• Personal grills are prohibited.
• Gas (kerosene, propane, etc.) products are prohibited.
• Glass containers are prohibited.
• All personal items must be cleared after each game, excluding doubleheaders.
• Ole Miss Athletics reserves the right to move any item taking up seating space when needed.
• Ole Miss Athletics reserves the right to remove any item at any time from the venue.
• No items are permitted to be thrown. Items thrown may be confiscated by gameday security.
• Food & drinks from left field will not be permitted to enter the grandstand area.
• Items left in the left field reserved areas are left at the owner’s risk. Ole Miss Athletics is not responsible for items left unattended.

RIGHT FIELD POLICIES

• Right field student section will be general admission.
• Student tickets will be $5 each and will go on sale the Monday prior to each home game week at students.olemisstix.com.
• All tickets will be sent via mobile delivery at the time of purchase.
• No outside tents or chairs will be allowed in for the 2021 season. Camping chairs will be provided.
• Coolers will be permitted for beverages and prepackaged foods.
• Personal grills are prohibited.
• Gas (kerosene, propane, etc.) products are prohibited.
• Glass containers are prohibited.
• Food & drinks from right field will not be permitted to enter the grandstand area.

ADA

• Patrons must have a reserved ticket designated for ADA seating areas.
• For ADA seating tickets, contact the Ole Miss Ticket Office at 888-REB-TKTS.
• ADA seating is available above boxes 1-7 and 29-35
• Only certified service animals are permitted inside O-U Stadium/Swayze Field and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.
• All bathrooms on the concourse level are ADA accessible.
• The ADA shuttle will travel to and from the ADA lot, Lot B, Manning Center and the South Lot.
• Any additional parking without a parking pass and with a state issued ADA placard will be located in the south lot.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions stands will include a reduced menu.
• There will be frequent sanitizing of all concession stands throughout the facility.
